Defillo & Associates, Inc. is a small-sized intellectual property company.  However, we have the capability and experience of a much larger firm which guarantees customer satisfaction.

Defillo & Associates, Inc. is primarily engaged in the practice of intellectual property matters. Our office deals with all aspects of the patent process.  In addition, we also have relationship with associated counsels who will become involved in trademark applications and in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation.

Please note that Defillo & Associates is a very young company; thus, we can keep costs to a minimum as we do not have the overheads that larger firms have.  We are also able to give our client's maximum personal attention. In fact in many cases we are able to discount our service charge by 40% or more from the fees of other IP companies.   We simply charge what is a reasonable price according to our practice.
